  I have been a patient of Dr. Najar for a couple of years now and every time I call to get an appointment on a Saturday because I work full-time during the week, they always accommodate me. At this appointment I went in to fix a chipped front tooth and Dr. Najar noticed 2 cavities. He made the time to fix them both stating one of them may need a root canal due to the depth of it and how close it was to the nerve, however I was quite surprised and relieved to learn both cavities were repaired and the root canal was not needed. He is the best dentist I have been to in  a very long time and as someone who is a very nervous patient, he always makes me feel relaxed and calm about whatever procedures he is going to do.
